A distinct form

The distinct form of the frame, especially the downtube, stems from predefined parameters to optimise the fibre layup.

Long sections merging into each other maximise fibre lengths, while the geometric shape itself allows for smooth lamination onto the inner foam core.

The core principle

Our frame construction is built around a precision-engineered foam core. Carbon laminates are applied directly onto two foam-core halves, creating a smooth, flawless internal finish and an integrated structural stringer.

The integrated stringer increases frame stiffness, while the foam core helps absorb vibrations, improve impact resistance, and simplify repairs if the frame is ever damaged.

The result is a lightweight, durable frame with an exceptional balance of performance and ride.
